Every Pawssion Club tee is printed especially for your order. If your shirt arrives with a garment defect or printing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Email support@pawssionclub.com or WhatsApp (858) 254-2524.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed defect, at no cost to you. There’s no need to send a defective shirt back.
Check Your Size Before You Order
Because every shirt is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing (too big, too small) or a change of mind — so it's worth a quick check first. Grab a shirt you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and measure pit-to-pit (Width) and shoulder-to-hem (Length). Match those numbers to the closest size below:
