Refund policy
Every Pawssion Club tee is made on demand. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back to us. Just email support@pawssionclub.com or WhatsApp us at (858) 254-2524 with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it.
Check Your Size Before You Order
Because every shirt is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing (too big, too small) or a change of mind — so it's worth a quick check first. Grab a shirt you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and measure pit-to-pit (Width) and shoulder-to-hem (Length). Match those numbers to the closest size below:

All measurements in inches, flat (armpit to armpit for width, shoulder to hem for length). Allow up to 2" of tolerance.
We're unable to accept general returns or exchanges beyond sizing errors either, since every shirt is printed specifically for your order. If something arrives wrong on our end, see above — we'll always make it right.
